AQR COACHING FEEDBACK -
'Thanks to both you and Ian for a superb week of riding and coaching skills it was a real eye opener to have my riding technique assessed then broken down and rebuilt by yourselves in a way that was clear to both understand the faults and to work on the fixes that you recommended. As I write this can still hear Ian shouting heels and wrists.' (Steve - AQR Coaching week Portugal 2013)
'Just to say thanks for our outing today: we all had a great time and learnt a lot from a technical point of view. Let us know when you are around in May so we can have another day out with Ian.' (Kate & Thornbridge crew)
'Tuition is one thing and it's always hard to know how much has been taken in but I have to say I was amazed by how I rode last Saturday in applying what you taught me so I cannot thank you enough.' (Matt & Friends)
'After 6 years of mountain biking I still thought you turned by turning the bars! I was soon to learn that I had been using a technique that didn't give me full control over the bike. Ian explained all about cornering technique and how best to tackle corners to gain maximum speed and grip. Watching them demonstrate certainly made us aware of how good they actually were at riding mountain bikes. (Mike & Friends)
