INSIDE ACCOMMODATION

Papilio Chambres d’Hotes is a traditional 19th century lodge. The building is south facing so during winter all the rooms receive plenty of natural sunlight and warmth. Each room has windows with stunning views of the snow capped mountains that stand high over Luchon. There are rooms to suit singles, doubles, friends and even a room where 3-4 people or families can sleep comfortably. Each room has an ensuite bathroom with full size bathtub and power shower to help relax those tired muscles after a day out on the bike.

Papilio has a large lounge room with sofas and television, plus a large selection of dvd entertainment and books/magazines to read. During winter there is an open fire place and in the warmer months of summer the double doors of the hall way open up where there is always a valley breeze to keep you cool.

Next to the lounge room there is a large dining room where breakfast and dinner will be served each day. There is a wealth of information in the dining room about Luchon and the surrounding areas that you may refer to when planning an activity on your day off. If this is a working holiday or you want to send home some holiday photos then Papilio has free wifi for all guests to use both inside and outside your room.

The large enclosed garden is perfect for children and adults of all ages, with heated swimming pool, full size trampoline and swings. There is also a bbq area and table and chairs where you can relax and take in the mountain views whilst enjoying an aperitif.

THE SURROUNDING AREA

'Papilio' is situated in the sleepy village of Montauban de Luchon, very close to the trails AQR use at the southern side of Luchon, and just across the river from the main Luchon street where cafes, bars and shops are situated.

YOUNG FAMILY EXTRAS

'Papilo' is family friendly and has an abundance of equipment, such as pool, trampoline and swings for children to use. There are also children’s books and dvds.

BIKE STORAGE & WORKSHOP FACILITIES
