Individual, 1 to 1 coaching (3hrs) - £40

Individual, 1 to 1 coaching (full day 10am-4pm) - £80

Couple, 1 to 2 coaching (3hrs) - £30 per person (£60 total)

Couple, 1 to 2 coaching (6hrs) - £45 per person (£90 total)

Trio, 1 to 3 coaching (3hrs) - £35 per person (£105 total)

Trio, 1 to 3 coaching (6hrs) - £40 per person (£120 total)

Small group, 4 to 8 people (3hrs) - £30 per person

Small group, 4 to 8 people (6hrs) - £35 per person

AQR UK WEEKENDS

AQR SEASONAL WEEKENDS

COST: £130-£160 depending on accommodation package

DAY TRIPS: £35 or £60 for two days

AQR weekend prices includes -

*Two night’s B&B accommodation

MOUNTAIN BIKE WORKSHOPS

AQR LADIES & (their Gents) DAY

COST - £35 or £60 per couple.

*An annual day to encourage more women to take up mountain biking. Learn riding skills and trail side maintenance to give you more confidence on the trail.

NOTE - Maximum size of 6 people per instructor.

COST - £12 per hour

MECHANICAL WORKSHOPS
